June, a startup founded by former Salesforce executives, emerged from stealth with a $20 million pre-seed round led by Marc Benioff’s Time Ventures. The company is developing software that scans enterprise systems and workflows, identifies data and process problems, and provides step-by-step guidance for deploying AI agents across platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. June’s founders argue that integrating AI with legacy systems, fragmented data, and technical debt—not building the agents themselves—is the main barrier to enterprise adoption. The company says its tool can automate parts of that implementation work, potentially reducing reliance on forward-deployed engineers and consultants, though it also describes the product as complementary to those services. CMG strategy chief Paul Akinmade said June helped his team identify where to deploy agents and integrate them with Salesforce after weeks of stalled efforts. June declined to disclose its valuation.
